What is a QSR?

A fast food restaurant, also known as a quick service restaurant within the industry, is a specific type of restaurant that serves fast food cuisine and has minimal table service.

What is an escalation in CRE?

An escalation is when the rent increases by a percentage every single year to meet or beat inflation. Escalations are very common in commercial real estate. In fact, they are expected.
